3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to the Service requires an organizational subscription agreement.
- Fees are billed according to the terms of your organization's agreement.
- We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice as specified in your agreement.
4. AI-Generated Content
- Safesponse uses artificial intelligence to assist with case intake, generate summaries, and provide operational insights.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for decision-making.
- AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist human judgment, not replace it.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
5. Data and Confidentiality
- Your organization retains ownership of all case data entered into the platform.
- We process data solely on behalf of your organization in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection agreements.
- You agree to handle all data accessed through the Service in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your organization's policies.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, logos, and software provided by Safesponse are our property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
- Your organization retains ownership of any data and content you create using the Service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
- Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
